The hotel is very near the Botanic Garden and the metro station, within walking distance from Brussels Nord train station. Check in from 3 pm, early check in after extra payment. You can leave your luggage before your check-in and you can walk to the Botanic garden and rest under the trees. Refreshing water available at the reception. A wee shop at the reception if you need to buy anything. Breakfast- you need to pay €25 per person and half price for a child, we decided not to have it as I think it is too expensive for our taste. We had a junior art suite- fridge, coffee maker in the room, tv and we had a great view of the botanical garden. The room was spacious with comfy beds, although the lighting system could be more efficient in regards of keeping the room more Dimmed. Tend coffee and water replenished every day. Slippers and the robes are available to use within the room, although we noticed a lack of hangers in the bathroom. Car park for cars under the hotel for a daily fee. Gym on the top floor with nice views with enough equipment to get you going. Area in the minus one could be open to guests as it would be nice to play ping pong with my child, but it is only available for the meetings rooms guests.

In spite of a less than friendly reception from 1 staff member upon arrival, the professionalism and sympathy from the rest of the staff throughout my stay has managed to erase that initial impression. Love the originality and consistency of the decoration, ambience and atmosphere in the whole hotel, as well as the attention to details. Superb breakfast. Nice skyline view from my room on the 8th floor.

I like everything about the hotel! The room was so spacious and the bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to leave. It is right outside of a tram station, and it doesn't take long to get to the airport or the main train station. The breakfast was out of this world, everything that you could want for breakfast. It included a Belgium waffle making station with so many toppings, a mimosa station, multiple types of fresh juices, cereal and grains, typical meat and cheeses, an omelett station, and many different bread types. I wish every hotel that advertised a breakfast made a whole buffet with such fresh food. It was really worth the price, don't miss out on it!

We really liked this hotel, the decor was art inspired, as was the room. Staff were really friendly and we had a personal message and free drink on arrival. The room was great, with a large bed and had a speaker, coffee machine and authentic unique piece of art hanging in the room. Bed was really large and shower warm and powerful. We enjoyed a couple of drinks in the bar area which had a nice atmosphere. The location is really convenient for the Botanical Gardens metro stop and a short walk to the Brussels North railway station. The city centre (central square) is about 15 minutes walk away. The breakfast was fabulous with an amazing choice!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! I mentioned in the special requests feature when booking that we were coming to Brussels for my boyfriend’s 25th birthday celebrations, not expecting to receive anything, and were blown away by how much the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us! Upon entering the room we were greeted with a beautiful display of cakes and fruits, a voucher for a free drink in the bar, a handwritten birthday card, and we even got to dine in the restaurant for breakfast at no extra charge. We cannot thank the staff enough for this, it really did make my boyfriend’s birthday that bit more special! :)
