Friendliness of the staff, care and excellent team service and always ready to help. We praise the restaurant staff who were always ready to serve even when we turned up late for food and who brought back wallet my friend had left behind. Food is nice, healthy and tasty, fresh and good portions. Cosy and artistically designed rooms which are out of the ordinary. It makes a change from the classic and traditional hotels. Good lighting and big windows with nice view on the city with Atomium in the distance. Beds are big and comfortable with soft linen Breakfast is a varied buffet with a funky waffle van where you can make your own waffles and coffee. Again, cosy big place out of the ordinary where children will love the sweets room, the coloured doughnuts and the funky funny van . The hotel shows it cares for the planet by using refillable products and giving the possibility to not have housekeeping and reusing your towel in exchange for a free drink. Good transport to town and not far away to walk to centre too. Close to Art museums and botanic garden. Good facilities for convenience stores and small shop in hotel for basic items.

The hotel is fairly modern, well decorated with artwork and quite clean. I had quite a spacious room with a very comfortable bed. There is a coffee machine in the room and a few choices for tea as well, which I greatly appreciated. The room has air conditioner, but it’s somewhat controlled by the hotel as the thermostat cannot go below 18.5c (it can get a little warm). There is a tv in the room with a handful of English speaking channels (just news). The bathroom is ok size, with enough room to move freely. The water pressure is good and the temperate control works as it should. The staff are friendly and very polite, happy to help and answer questions. There’s a gym on the top floor with a decent variety of equipment and weights. I generally like the hotel, but a couple of downside: 1) the location, it’s on the edge of the centralized area, so finding options for food can be a bit of a task; there’s a restaurant on site but the options are limited and just ok and 2) the gym does not have any wipes or cleaning supplies to wipe down the equipment after use. I’ll give it 8 stars out of 10 if you’re looking for value for money.

The rooms were great, the massive bed, coffee machine and big long desk made the stay comfortable, and I liked the uniqueness of the rooms - the paint splatters and the art hanging on the sliding wall that covers the TV. The included hand wash, shower gel etc were all really nice smelling products. The breakfast had lots of choices and I particularly liked the cold brew station (which unfortunately was missing the final day of our stay). The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It is close enough to nearby train / tram / metro stations. The incentive to skip your room cleaning for a free drinks voucher for the bar was a nice touch - although considering it is to encourage you to be more environmentally friendly I did wonder why they don’t provide mugs in the room for the coffee machine - only disposable paper cups, but I had my own reusable coffee flask so this didn’t bother me, rather was just something I noticed. We didn’t use the self service shop on reception but I thought it was a great idea!

1- The staff are lovely; the receptionists, Daphena, Ladia, etc were wonderful. The people at the bar, the cleaning staff...I hope they all have the recommendations/bonuses that they deserve. 2- The design of the rooms. 3- The vouchers in exchange for opting out of cleaning. 4- Clean. 5- Air conditioning. 6- The room and hotel facilities; the ironing board, the coffee machines, the hair shower cap, a refrigerator, a functional Safe, water in the first day, a bar in the lobby, a self servicing snacks, funtioning elevators, a 24- reception, a near by park, Carfour and bus/tram/metro stations.

Nice modern hotel with quirky decoration. We were only staying due to train delays so I can't comment on the on the location and facilities. Room was big and clean and well equipped. Good aircon, good blackout curtains and sound installation meant that we had a good night sleep. Had a nice meal in the restaurant. Hotel has a handy little self service shop to get drinks and snack from although the prices were a bit on expensive side.
